BIG ZAYN is a modern fashion brand redefining how traditional wears fits into everyday life. We believe pieces like kaftans, senators, trads, native wear should be seen as more than clothing for Fridays, Sundays or special occasions. They carry culture, identity, versatility, and untapped potential.

Our mission is to bridge the gap between tradition and modern lifestyle by blending contemporary aesthetics with traditional fashion. We create flexible, accessible pieces designed to move across different settings, industries and daily routines without losing their roots.

At its core, BIG ZAYN exists to shift traditional wear from occasional use to natural everyday expression.

Not yet. We are currently an online only brand. All pieces are made-to-order in our Lagos studio. We do not have a walk-in store at this time.

Yes. We're a legitimate brand that is registered with the Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC). Every order is handled personally and we only start production after proper confirmation and measurements. We've built trust with many returning clients across the world. Transparency and clear communication are at the heart of how we operate.

Bank transfer or Visa/Mastercard in naira (Verve cards aren't supported); Visa/Mastercard in US dollars from abroad; and crypto (BTC, ETH, SOL, USDT, USDC) from anywhere.

In your bag, under YOUR FIT, choose how you'd like us to get your measurements: use your fit on file, book a fitting (in person or virtual), pick your size from our size chart, enter your own measurements, or tell us we already have your fit. We follow up based on what you choose. If you skip it, we'll reach out after you order.

Our tiers represent the quality and category of fabric used for each garment. Higher tiers (T0–T3) feature more premium fabrics, while T4–T5 offer more standard premium options. The tier directly influences the feel, durability, finish and overall price of the piece.

Yes, you can modify your order within 24 hours of placing it. After production begins, changes may not be possible.

Yes, on selected pieces. Open the support chat and tap REQUEST EXPRESS: 48 hours adds 20% to the price, 24 hours adds 30% (at least ₦10,000 a piece). We'll confirm within a few hours whether the studio can make it. Delivery time is extra.

No, we do not recreate or copy designs from other brands. BIG ZAYN is built on originality and creative direction and we're intentional about protecting that process. However, if you like a certain idea or aesthetic, you can reach out for a consultation. We'll work with you to interpret it within our own design language and create something original that still captures the essence of what you're looking for. Terms and conditions apply.

Because all items are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for our pieces. However, if there is a manufacturing defect, we will gladly resolve it.

Yes, we deliver worldwide. Your delivery fee is shown at checkout, and delivery usually takes 7–21 business days after your piece is ready. See our shipping policy for details.
