Every BIG ZAYN piece is cut and sewn for you after you order, to your measurements. Because of this, we do not accept returns or exchanges.
Please check your measurements and your order before paying. If you need to change something, the FAQ explains how to modify an order soon after placing it.
Manufacturing Defects
If your piece arrives with a manufacturing defect, we will gladly resolve it. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery at hello@bigzayn.com or through the support chat with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We will reply within 2 business days with the next steps. Please don't send anything back before we confirm.
Refunds
Where we agree a refund, it goes back to your original payment method. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take 5–10 business days to appear in your account after we process it.
