Products & Availability

All products displayed on BIG ZAYN are subject to availability. We reserve the right to discontinue any item, limit quantities, or adjust product descriptions at any time without prior notice.

Colours may appear slightly different on screen depending on your device display settings. We make reasonable efforts to represent products accurately.

Some pieces are made-to-order or produced in limited quantities. In the event that an item you ordered becomes unavailable after purchase, we will contact you to arrange an exchange, credit, or full refund.

Ordering & Payment

By placing an order, you confirm that:

• You are at least 18 years old or have the consent of a parent or guardian
• The payment details you provide are accurate and belong to you
• You authorise us to charge the stated amount to your payment method

We accept payment via the methods displayed at checkout. All prices are listed in Nigerian Naira (NGN) unless otherwise stated. An order confirmation email will be sent once your payment is verified. This confirmation does not constitute our acceptance of the order. It is only an acknowledgement. We reserve the right to cancel an order after confirmation if stock is unavailable or fraud is suspected, in which case a full refund will be issued.

Pricing

All prices are subject to change. Prices shown at the time of checkout are the prices you will be charged. Any promotional pricing is valid only for the duration stated and cannot be applied retroactively to past orders.

We are not responsible for pricing errors caused by typographical mistakes. In such cases, we will notify you and give you the option to proceed at the correct price or cancel your order.
